A FDIA is similar to a CD and provides the same initial interest rate but is variable. It also allows the depositor to add to the account in amounts greater than $100.00 This account can have partial or full withdrawls before maturity with a penalty.

Individual Retirement Account:
IRAs are available in fixed and variable rates.

Savings Bonds:
A good way to save or invest is U.S. Government Savings Bonds. Some customers choose savings bonds as a way to save for children's education. We provide Series EE and Series I Savings Bonds. We can also convert your Series EE bonds to Series H Bonds or redeem your bonds using the Redemption Tables available through the U.S. Treasury Department. American Express Travelers Cheques:
First National Bank offers American Express Travelers Cheques to anyone during regular lobby hours of 9:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. Monday-Thursday and 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Friday. Cheques are issued in $20, $50, and $100 denominations for one or two signatures. Travelers Cheques are refundable if lost or stolen providing that you have your receipt of purchase.
